In my interview process for my first (and last) recruitment employer, I had to do a work sample for my interviewers. They wanted me to come in, sit on the sales floor, and make calls as part of the interview process.
Not only was the actual work sample fun, I also learned a LOT about the nature of my new job. My thoughts after the work sample was "wow, I can't believe people make 6-figures for essentially this simple of a job where I don't have to do manual labor or anything illegal".
Honestly, I was clearly blessed I found a job that was right for me. Here is how YOU can nail your work sample so you can continue along the path of becoming a master headhunter!
